Submit your screenplay for a chance to win $150! TERMS & CONDITIONS: This contest is held by One Eyed Productions ("the Sponsor") and is open to anyone with an email address (excluding those in Quebec, Canada) who are of the age of majority in the province or state in which they reside. To enter, submit a properly formatted screenplay (as a .DOC or .PDF file) along with your name, address, and phone number, via email to contest@oneeyedproductions.com. Limit of one entry per person. The current contest closes at 11:59 PM, April 30, 2010. The Sponsor will select the winning screenplay based content and production value. The selected potential prize winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the contest closing. If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, another potential winner will be selected. To be determined as a winner, the potential winner must agree to these conditions and will have to answer a skill testing question. Chances of winning are based on the number of entries received. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada. There is one prize for this current contest. All decisions made, by the appointed contest judge(s), are final and without right of appeal with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries. There is one prize of $150 CAN. In the event that the winner’s resident country does not use dollars in their currency, $US will be used. The prize will be sent via paypal after validation of the winners name, address and age, as well as the correct answer to the skill testing question. The Sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of the contest or terminate it at any time, without prior notice if required. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, fraud, technical failures or any other reason beyond its control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest, including ending the contest early and selecting a winner from the entrants. The sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising materials, internet postings, these contest rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the prize. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for any failure, problems or technical malfunction of any computer systems or networks or other systems, equipment or facilities relating to, or used in connection with, the contest. The sponsor does not accept any responsibility for entries which are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, or illegible, for any reason whatsoever. By entering this contest, the winning entrant consents and agrees to releasing their rights to the screenplay, and agrees to the use of their name, for any advertising, publicity and marketing purposes, without compensation from the contest sponsor, other than the prize awarded. Their name will also appear in the credits of the production. No purchase is necessary. |
